Instructions:
Choose the month, and then choose the day. Only days that are in Bold are available and can be selected.
Time availablity slots (1 hour per session) will then appear. Choose your preferred time. Time slots will appear based on the Time Zone of your computer or telephone.
Then click “book now”. You will be taken to the Check-Out page for payment. After payment you will receive a confirmation of payment and a ZOOM link to your Personal Coach session.
